Refund Policy for the Website Creation Workshop Club
We are convinced you will be 100% satisfied with this membership club! You’ll like the personal touch of interacting with Christina and our tech coaches, and having us help you in YOUR business with YOUR questions, not just automated stock answers. Go into the members area, submit your questions to the live webinars, come to the webinars live or download and watch the replays, and interact in the Facebook Group. Then if you are not completely satisfied, contact us to by email and we will cancel all future payments. (Please note that we need at least a 5-day advance notice before your next billing cycle to process your cancellation. Once a payment gets processed, no refund will be issued.)

Refund Policy for Website Creation Workshop Premium Student Projects
Since this is a service, WordPress “Premium” Student Projects are non-refundable.  If you decide to cancel your Club membership, your premium student project will be deleted.

NOTE: A premium student project purchase does not include an additional complimentary site move.  You receive one free site move when you joined the Website Creation Workshop or purchase a WCW retake.  No additional complimentary site moves will be given out.

Refund Policy for Private Coaching

Because this is private coaching, there are no refunds.
